Indigo
Indigo dye is one of the oldest dye plants, cultivated in many regions around the world.
This four hour workshop introduces students to the wonders of this ancient plant as we go through the dyeing process from start to finish. Each student brings their own fabric or clothing to dye, and there is time for experimentation and exploration of different resist techniques to create unique patterns.

Pelmeni Sunday
For us, a bowl of pelmeni evokes a sense of comfort and home. And something this good is meant to be shared! So we’re having a pelmeni Sunday to show how to make and eat these traditional little dumplings.
Besides cooking, enjoying, and talking about the food, the communal dining also includes some typical eastern-european sides, drinks, and even cake (!).
